2010 Consignment Agreement

We appreciate your business; our goal is to bring you
Top Dollar for Your Consignment.
Consignors will receive 40% of the selling price on all items.
· Price will be set by Weecycle and may be negotiated to close a sale.
· Items will be kept on the Sales Floor for at least 60 days & up to 90 days.
After 45 Days items are discounted as much as 25%
After 60 Days items are discounted as much as 50%
· If an item is found to be unsellable for any reason, the item will be donated.
· Consigned items may be picked up; within 10 Days of the end of your 90-Day agreement term, otherwise items will be donated to charity.
· Amounts of less than $50.00 may be picked up in cash any time during regular business hours. Any amount over $50.00 a check will be issued.
· Weecycle is not responsible for any item stolen, lost or damaged.
· If an account has no activity for 9 months it will be placed inactive.
· Accounts restored from inactive status within 6 months
will receive Store Credit for any remaining balance.
· Inactive accounts that remain dormant for more than 6 months will be permanently closed and any credit on account will be deleted.
